  • Since its a limited curated collection, They do not offer any exchange or refund.

  • No exchange and returns are allowed on shoe care products.

  • Only genuine size exchange requests are entertained.

  • A request has to be placed within 7 days of purchase for an exchange. Exchange is only done if the product has not been tampered with and the box and tags are intact and in good condition.

  • A phone number and email id given in case any client is unsure of sizes, material , colors etc. Before committing to a purchase.

  • Refund are only approved in case of fulfillment errors such as wrongly shipped or items missing.


  • All products are shipped from the New Delhi store.

  • Free Shipping on all products when paid for online by credit card, debit card or net banking.

  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:- ship all over the world, at a flat rate calculated by weight for different zones.

  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS & TAXES:- To make your shopping experience as simple as possible, thry have arranged for Fedex/UPS/DHL to customs clear your goods and deliver them to your doorstep. They try to ensure that no additional duties or taxes will be charged. However as as these vary from country to country, they cannot be predicted and so any customs charges and/or handling fees charged by the courier company will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping and Delivery:-

  • An email is sent to the customer upon placing an order . Orders are dispatched to the customer within 1-2 days of placing the order and a notification is sent to the customer with the tracking number for the package.

  • The customer is expected to give their complete address and contact details to avoid wrong or no delivery. VNV will not be responsible for loss of package due to wrong address.

  • VNV holds rights to cancel orders in case a proper address is not provided even after asking for the same.

  • Deliveries are made from Monday – Friday.

  • Additional charges are applicable for further shipping attempts( more than 3)or for any change of address after the order is placed.

  • Goods are expected to arrive within 5-7 working days.


  • All terms and conditions are exactly the same as VNV.

  • Size exchange are done subject to availability of the product and size.

  • No products bought on sale are approved for exchanged.

  • They do not ship internationally.

  • Nationally they deliver with 7-10 working days.


  • The exchange policy lasts 10 days. No exchange or refund will be entertained post the 10 day period.

  • Only full priced merchandise can be exchanged or refunded. Sale items are not applicable for the same.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in unused condition with the original packaging and tag intact.

  • COD is available for the website. For any cancellations, Capsul will refund the money after subtracting the shipping cost. The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

  • A proof of purchase ( Bill) is required to process any exchange or refund.

  • An email has to be sent to to request an exchange. All exchange requests are subject to availability.


  • Upon receiving the product, it will be inspected and an email notification will be sent confirming the receipt of the product and whether the refund has been approved or not. Once approved the credit will be applied to the credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days ( exact days not mentioned).

Late or Missing Refund:-

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, contact them at


  • They only replace items which are genuinely defected or damaged.

  • In case of an exchange an email has to be sent and the product to be shipped to the given address on the website.


  • The product has to be shipped to the address given on the website.

  • The customer is responsible to for the shipping cost. Shipping cost are non refundable.

  • The time for the exchanged product to reach the customer may vary dpending on the location of the customer.

  • An advice to use a traceable shipping company to ensure safety as the receipt of the product is not guaranteed.

  • They do not ship outside India.
